The Butterfly Sanctuary is a peer support community for people recovering from eating disorders. For five years, we have made it our mission to bring connection to the recovery process and help people lead happier, healthier lives free from past disordered thoughts and behaviors.

In The Butterfly Sanctuary, members are welcomed to discuss their recovery goals, encourage one another, and reach out for advice and support from peers who understand what it's like.

Recovering from an eating disorder, whether alone or with the assistance of professionals, is a scary and isolating time for many. The Butterfly Sanctuary aims to ease the bumps along the road and provide opportunities for connection and friendship.
