Administrator is set. Every other permission in this list is implied by it, and channel permission overwrites do not apply. What that means in practice.

  • Critical Administrator ADMINISTRATOR · bit 3 2FA-gated Allows all permissions and bypasses channel permission overwrites. Grants every permission and ignores every channel overwrite. It cannot be scoped down: an app with Administrator can do anything an owner can except delete the server or transfer ownership.
  • High Ban members BAN_MEMBERS · bit 2 2FA-gated Allows banning members. Removes members and blocks their return. Bulk misuse is hard to undo.
  • High Kick members KICK_MEMBERS · bit 1 2FA-gated Allows kicking members. Removes members. Reversible only if the member rejoins.
  • High Manage channels MANAGE_CHANNELS · bit 4 2FA-gated Allows management and editing of channels. Create, rename, reconfigure and delete channels, including their permission overwrites.
