O serwerze

Welcome to Filipino Web Development Peers, a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to fostering learning, collaboration, and professional growth in web development. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment for Filipino learners and professionals to excel and make a positive impact on society.

At Filipino Web Development Peers, we believe in the power of community. We provide peer mentoring, a buddy system, FilWebDev Talks, resources sharing, project collaborations, and meetups. These activities encourage members to connect, exchange knowledge, and learn from each other.

Our community serves Filipino full-stack learners, students, and self-taught developers. We strive to establish a global impact by inspiring every Filipino to learn web development and become professionals in the field. We aim to create an effective learning environment and encourage members to develop and apply their skills for the benefit of society.

In the future, we envision our community transforming into a start-up social business. We aim to establish a freelance platform, organize conferences, achieve profitability, and expand our global reach. Our vision includes providing accessible web development learning materials and community projects.

Safety, diversity and inclusion, service, teamwork, and fairness are our core values. We prioritize the well-being of our members and promote a secure environment. We embrace diversity, recognizing the strength of different perspectives. Service and teamwork guide our activities, and fairness is fundamental to our interactions.

Join Filipino Web Development Peers and embark on a transformative journey of learning, growth, and impact. Together, we can build a community that empowers individuals, creates opportunities, and drives positive change in the world of web development.
